About the tour

While today our interiors are flooded with light, making every detail visible and easily accessible, we invite you to discover a candlelit tour. This immersive experience highlights the crucial role of light and shadows in the perception of space.

As you wander through the rooms of the château, you will feel the intimate and mysterious atmosphere created by candlelight. Each corner, bathed in a gentle twilight, will reveal unexpected details of the architecture and the works of art.

  • Please arrive 10mn before the departure.

  • The tour is conducted in French only. English-language documentation may be available upon request at the château ticket office

  • Please go to the ticket office upon your arrival.

  • The tour includes several staircases.

  • Photography is permitted indoors without flash.

Can I visit without booking?

Yes, subject to availability. Booking is still recommended to guarantee your access.

Is the tour accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Partially. We offer a special rate for visitors with reduced mobility who are unable to go up or down stairs and whose visit is therefore shortened. You can consult our dedicated page for more information.

Are animals welcome?

Pets are welcome in the park but are not permitted during the château visit, except for animals that can be carried in a transport bag or guide dogs.

Is there parking available?

There is no dedicated visitor parking at the château; however, free parking is easily available in the village (Place du Château, Place de l’Église).
